To this date, the Europort investment at the Ore Terminal in the North Port of Gdansk remains in dispute, although it has been on the agenda of recent meetings of official representatives of both the Canadian and Polish governments in Warsaw.  It is highlighted in a recent 2025 report of the Polish Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
