ASH MODIFICATION TECHNOLOGY
​​With years of R&D on materials and technology we offer a targeted approach to the design and installation of systems that effectively address hard ash deposits in industrial boilers and furnaces.
Injected pneumatically, this technology offers a proactive solution to prevent the accumulation of deposits while working away at existing build-up.
When activated, the modifier binds with problem ash altering what would be hard deposits into a soft, manageable material, no longer able to adhere to heating surfaces. The resulting soft-friable substance is easily handled, lessening the stress on equipment, while increasing heat transfer, fuel conversion and a host of other positive effects on overall operation.
